LCC will work with you to define test parameters such as the services and devices to be tested, frequency of tests, number of probes to be utilized, their locations and whether they remain stationary or mobile. In this way, you can choose to test as many handsets, doing as many activities in any frequency or sequence desired.
LCC will work with you to analyze test results and generate prioritized action plans. These plans are designed to increase End-User Quality of Experience thereby improving your revenue and Customer Assurance Programs. Working together, we will scope out needed testing changes, such as deploying additional probes, expanding the number and frequency of device testing, and adding, modifying or changing the scripts that are tested. Test changes are passed to the LCC Analyst and the process continues per Step 2.
