Job Title:  GSM (Ericsson) Optimization Engineer

Job Location: North MN

Responsibilities include:

• Analysis of call setup failure and drop call of GSM network.
• Layer-3 messages and drill down on root cause of failures.
• Propose solutions and able to generate reports and presentations for manager and directors based on the analysis.
• Work on the Data transcripts

Required Experience:

• 6+ years of GSM optimization.
• Detail knowledge of GSM protocol.
• Expertise with Actix Analyzer.
• Excellent optimization skills.
• Self starter and the ability to work independently.
• Must be an expert with Ericsson OSS, Ericsson GSM performance and data transcript/datafill experience Design experience a plus, UMTS  experience a Plus

Education required (minimum): BSEE                                                           

Education desired: MSEE.
