Job Title:  UMTS Lead Optimization Positions (Canada)

Job Location: Canada, Various Locations

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for leading market optimization efforts
• Establish optimization testing schedule based on site/cluster availability
• Establish work quality guidelines for the team and set expectations with customer
• Provide technical guidance and review deliverables
• Interact with other functional groups as needed
• Provide regular updates and review meetings with customer
• Provide knowledge transfer to customer

Required Experience:

• Minimum 7 years total RF experience
• At least 2-3 years current experience UMTS/HSPA  optimization
• In particular with Nokia Siemens (NSN) or Alcatel Lucent (ALU) Equipment
• UTRAN experience highly desired
• Familiarity with data collection tools (Agilent/TEMS) and analysis tools (Actix) required
• Excellent verbal and written communications as well as  excellent analytical skills
• A good team player who can interact with other organizations

Education required (minimum): BSEE                                                           

Education desired: MSEE.
