Job Title:  WiMAX Design/Senior Engineers

Job Location: Various Locations, Nationwide

Responsibilities include:
Responsible for design of Mobile WiMAX network; possible design responsibilities include:

• Link budget analysis
• Model tuning
• Coverage design
• Capacity planning
• Frequency planning
• Interference analysis
• Site candidate evaluation
• Site Parameter/datafill preparation

Required Experience:

• At least 3-5 years related RAN engineering experience – specifically design of WiMAX networks is desired
• Solid knowledge of one or more wireless data technologies such as WiMAX, UMTS or EVDO
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of data networks and protocols highly desirable
• Proficient with network planning tools – Planet EV and GIS software – MapInfo
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small design team is desired

Education required (minimum): BSEE                                                           

Education desired: MSEE.
