Job Title:  WiMAX Optimization Engineers

Job Location: Various Locations, Nationwide

Responsibilities include:
Responsible for optimization of a Mobile WiMAX network to include:

• Definition of cluster drive routes
• Post processing and analysis of drive test data
• Recommendation of parameter changes and reporting

Required Experience:

• At least 3-5 years related RAN engineering experience – specifically optimization of WiMAX networks is desired
• Solid knowledge of one or more wireless data technologies such as WiMAX, UMTS or EVDO
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of data networks and protocols highly desirable
• Proficient with network optimization tools and GIS software – MapInfo preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small optimization team is desired

Education required (minimum): BSEE                                                           

Education desired: MSEE.
