Senior RNC Engineer - Sweden

Job Title: Senior RNC Engineer

Job Location: Sweden

Purpose of the Job: Manage the in-depth specified high level technical support for the Network Operation Center, regarding RNC and related interfaces

Key Responsibilities:

Correct difficult technical area faults and performance degradations in the managed network
Working as Project Mgr. for SW Upgrades
Responsible to involve the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance processes
Responsible to involve the development of Operations subcontractors on-the job training
Working as deputy RAN Team Leader

Recommended Work Experience:

High level experience in Nokia 2G and 3G equipment
Experience in operating telecommunication networks
Experience in team building
Good experience in communicating with different groups/teams

Education:
MSc., BSc. or equivalent
