Mr. Dunn joined LCC in May 2008. Prior to joining LCC, he worked as an Associate General Counsel for a privately-held financial services company in Bethesda, Maryland. From 2004-2007, Mr. Dunn worked as an associate at Venable LLP in the Securities Regulation and Enforcement and Corporate Defense/White Collar Groups. Prior to entering private practice, he was Senior Counsel with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C. Mr. Dunn received his law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1999.
