LCC's place in the EMEA community is well established. When Mannesmann Mobilfunk built the world's first GSM network in 1990, LCC was a strategic partner for RF design and optimization. As the 3G license auctions were held in Europe, LCC moved into the UK providing RF Engineering services to Crown Castle and H3G and then into other areas of Europe. In 2005 LCC was selected as Huawei's service partner in the first Western Europe Huawei 3G Network Rollout for Telfort in the Netherlands.
