Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering, Telecommunications, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Skill Set:
- Experience in developing and writing extensive network system RFP, and selecting and managing vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Specialist Skill Set:
- Network Management / SLAs Years of Experience Required:
- Minimum of seven years experience in Telecommunication networks, of which five years with some exposure to TETRA (or similar) network system design and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership through development, research, analysis of current system design, developing and providing recommendations.
- Provide technical and project resources for emerging product evaluations, and network testing systems.
Responsibilities (one or more areas to be covered):
- Develop, design and manage implementation, installation and configuration of network hardware (base stations, repeaters Routers Switches, etc).
- Establish standard policy and procedure of network telecommunication system.
- Evaluate communication hardware and software, troubleshoot all network related problems
- Provide technical expertise and solutions for performance and configuration of networks.
- Perform network system infrastructure management, and provides technical leadership in the integration and testing of complex large-scale telecommunication-integrated networks.
- Provide support and management of the operation and maintenance of communication network systems.
- Provide technical experience in design of fault-tolerant radio Networks, performance tuning of network infrastructure including high-end switches, microwave links, and base stations.
