Leadership Team

LCC has assembled a team of seasoned professional from the telecommunications and data communications industry to lead and implement the company's vision. Each has held key roles in high growth start-ups and Fortune 500 companies and all have held positions in which they successfully navigated through periods of significant growth and transformation.

Kenneth Young | President & Chief Executive Officer

Kenneth Young was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in August, 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Young was President and Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Mr. Young has previously served as Senior Vice President, President of the Americas, and Chief Marketing Officer for the Company.

Before joining LCC in 2006, Mr. Young served as Chief Operating Officer for Liberty Media's Connectid™ mobile content subsidiary, as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Liberty Media's TruePosition location based services organization. Before joining Liberty Media, Mr. Young spent over 16 years with the now AT&T Corporation and held senior management positions with Cingular Wireless, SBC Wireless, and Southwestern Bell Telephone operations. Mr. Young holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences.

Rebecca (Becky) Stahl | Chief Financial Officer

Rebecca (Becky) Stahl has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since August 2010. Prior to accepting this position, Ms. Stahl was LCC's Corporate Controller. She has held management positions of increased levels of responsibility since her arrival in August 2007, including Director of Finance for the America's region and Interim Assistant Controller.

Ms. Stahl joined LCC from BT Infonet, a multinational data communications company, where she spent 3 years as the Senior Director of Finance and Administration managing $600M in revenues, 12 foreign subsidiaries and a 50+ country distribution channel. While at BT Infonet, Ms. Stahl spent 4 years as the Manager of Financial Planning responsible for SEC reporting and consolidation and analysis of the company's financial plans. Prior to that, Ms. Stahl spent two years with The Walt Disney Company as a financial analyst in the Corporate Planning group in Burbank, CA.

Ms. Stahl started her career with Arthur Andersen LLP where she spent 3 years in the Washington DC audit practice. Ms. Stahl is a CPA and earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management, University of California Los Angeles, with an emphasis in Finance. Ms. Stahl earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.

Brian J. Dunn | Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Dunn joined LCC in May 2008. Prior to joining LCC, he worked as an Associate General Counsel for a privately-held financial services company in Bethesda, Maryland. From 2004-2007, Mr. Dunn worked as an associate at Venable LLP in the Securities Regulation and Enforcement and Corporate Defense/White Collar Groups. Prior to entering private practice, he was Senior Counsel with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission, pision of Enforcement in Washington, D.C. Mr. Dunn received his law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1999.

Nancy O. Feeney | Vice President, Corporate Operations

Nancy Feeney is LCC's Vice President of Corporate Operations. Ms. Feeney is responsible for several functional areas on a global basis including Human Resources, Information Technology, and Marketing. Ms. Feeney was previously responsible for managing the Company's branding and marketing efforts worldwide and ran project management for several M&A activities.

Before joining LCC in 2006, Ms. Feeney spent over 20 years in the San Francisco Bay Area working with start-up/turn-around companies in the data and telecommunications industries. Ms. Feeney has held various management positions focusing on marketing, sales and operational management and has successfully managed multiple functional teams throughout her career. Ms. Feeney holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Dayton.

Antonio Harnecker | Senior Vice President, Latin America region

Antonio Harnecker is LCC's Senior Vice President, Latin America region. Mr. Harnecker was recently appointed to this position of responsibly for the Caribbean and Latin American markets. Mr. Harnecker most recently spent 2+ years in the MEA region where he was responsible for all business and operational aspects of Middle East, Egypt & Asia. Mr. Harnecker's tenure in LCC began in 1996, and he has held several different positions throughout these past years, such as EMEA & APAC QoS Business Unit Manager, EMEA VP of Marketing, GM LCC Spain and LCC ME.

Prior to LCC Mr. Harnecker work at European Technology Partner (ETP) a leading Norwegian developer of network performance products for wireless operators where he held project management, project delivery, technical support management and business development responsibilities. He holds a Bachelors Degree from the Oslo Engineering University College, Norway, and an International Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). Mr. Harnecker has extensive experience in Network Performance, Project Delivery, Sales and Business Development and M&A.

Stan Schreuder | Senior Vice President, Europe & Middle East

Stan Schreuder is LCC's Senior Vice President, Europe and Middle East, responsible for all business and operational aspects of Europe, Middle East, Egypt and Asia markets. Mr. Schreuder joined LCC in 2002 from Detron, a leading technical services company in Western Europe, where he managed the Telecommunication pision.

Prior to Detron Mr. Schreuder work for 10 years at Ericsson where he held customer project management, network operations management and business development responsibilities. He holds a Bachelors Degree from the Technical Business School in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Mr. Schreuder has extensive experience in Network Engineering, Sales and Business Development, Finance and M&A.

Ananth Veluppillai | Senior Vice President, Americas

Ananth Veluppillai began his tenure at LCC in 1994 and is now the Senior Vice President of the Americas. He is responsible for leading the P&L objectives for the Americas organization. Mr. Veluppillai brings vast engineering and management experience to the organization, including operations management, strategic planning and plan execution.

Prior to joining LCC, Mr. Veluppillai was with Gibbs & Cox, Naval Architects & Marine Engineers. Mr. Veluppillai holds B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland at College Park.
